Mark T. Litterer, D.M.D.grew up in Minnetonka, Minnesota and moved tothe south to attend Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. While there, he met his wife and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, graduating in1999. He then attended dental school in Charleston, South Carolina at MUSC. He then moved to Lexington, Kentucky spending three years receiving specialty training in Periodontics. In 2002 Dr. Litterer joined Georgia Periodontics. He is also an active member in several associations: American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association and other periodontal and implant academies and local organizations.In his spare time he enjoys exercising, golf, and hunting. Mark lives in the Alpharetta area with his wife Beth, son Mark, and daughter Madeline.

Dr. Aubrey H. Scher remains an active alumni of Indiana University where he graduated with an undergraduate degree in Biology and Psychology in 1997. He further excelled at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine, graduating with honors in 2001. Aubrey earned a scholarship to attend the University of Illinois at Chicago where he completed a three year residency in Periodontics. After graduating, Aubrey moved to Atlanta to join Georgia Periodontics, LLC. Dr. Scher continues to cultivate his formal education with active memberships in the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association and other periodontal and implant academies and local organizations. He currently lives in Atlanta with his wife Dawn, daughter Lilah, and new son Damon.
